Project description
From shell and core to a fit- out, the entire project was a 16 week program, including M&E infrastructure 360 façade shop with various material cladding and steel structure . Working closely with municipality for demolition approvals with coordination with building Management . Working closely with Nestle NEAR Security Management with the buildings infrastructure, parameters and services, the program was delivered on time and within budget.
